The Justice Center is a partner in a Symposium: “A time for Reckoning: Confronting Systemic Racism, Seeking Justice, and Reimagining Society”.
Among the presentations and events, Troy, Albany and Schenectady each had an Officials Panel moderated by Rex Smith discuss the topic. In our case, Mayor Madden, Police Chief Brian Owens and Council President Camella Mantello.
A Community Panel then discusses the subject and the Official’s Panel content. Participants were: Jessica Ashley, Luz Marquez Benbrow, Bob Doherty, Debra Garrett, Daquetta Jones and DeSean Moore. We invite you view these discussions.
