Lori Randle

Lori’s journey, shaped by her unique upbringing as a Black child adopted by a white family in the 70s, has given her a profound understanding of racial privilege and the impact of racism. Living within two distinct racial realities, she has developed a deep empathy for others and a strong commitment to social justice. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education, Lori began her career as a social worker, supporting formerly homeless and incarcerated women, as well as at-risk children. Over the past 25 years, her dedication to social equity has driven her to volunteer with numerous organizations. Three years ago, Lori moved to Troy with her two teenage sons, where she continues to advocate for positive change and foster understanding in her community.
