Embracing “Good Trouble”

The Justice Center of Rensselaer County is dedicated to achieving equality for all.

“It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Alice Green, a monumental civil rights worker in the Capital Region.  For over 40 years she tirelessly worked to bring equality and justice to society’s marginalized, changing the lives of those she touched for the better.  Her unwavering commitment to the struggle for racial justice is inspiring, setting the stage for the continuation of this important work.  She will be sorely missed, but her memory lives on.”
